Got a problem with your order? No worries — just email us at support@adrenawild.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out.
🔄 When Can You Return?
- You got the wrong item 😬
- Your item looks very different from what was shown
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
⚠️ Since all AdrenaWild gear is made just for you, we can't accept returns just because you changed your mind. Colors may also look slightly different on different screens — that's totally normal!
📋 How to Return — Super Easy!
- Email support@adrenawild.com
- Include your order number
- Send a photo or video of the problem
- Give us your delivery address & phone number
- Wait for our team to approve your return ✅
Once approved, we'll refund you to your original payment method or as store credit. No approval = no refund, so always contact us first!
⏱️ Cancellations & Changes
Need to cancel or change your order? You have 12 hours after placing it. After that, your order goes straight into production and can't be changed. Be quick like a motocross start! 🏍️
📦 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
🚫 No Refunds For:
- Wrong address entered at checkout
- Package marked delivered but not received due to security issues
- Refusing to accept the delivery
- Disliking the size or color (please check our size chart before ordering!)
- Items bought on sale or during promotions
